Who is responsible?
The data controller is the publisher of this website (company details at the bottom of this page). Send questions about your data to the e-mail address listed there.
What data do we process?
This is a static website without accounts or forms. We do not collect personal data ourselves, with these exceptions:
- My ski profile. Your resort finder answers (group, level, optional first names, preferences) are stored only in your browser’s
localStorage. They are never sent to us or to third parties. Delete them on the profile page or by clearing your browser data. - Statistics. Only after you consent via the cookie banner do we load a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible or Umami). It works without cookies, keeps no IP addresses or device identifiers and is hosted in the EU. We only see aggregated page views and clicks on partner links.
- E-mail. If you e-mail us, we keep your message as long as needed to reply.
Partner links
Links to booking partners (accommodation, ski hire, insurance) take you to their website, where their privacy policy applies. We only receive an anonymous notification that a booking was made via our link.
Legal basis and retention
Statistics: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable via “Cookie settings” in the footer. E-mails: our legitimate interest in replying; kept for at most 12 months after handling.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. E-mail us to exercise them. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
